Digging deeper into mistake
Sometimes, happy blogging people, I am Queen (capital Q!!!) of dabbleing into my own mistakes!
Gosh how I hate those moments when I don't listen to my inner voices saying Are you sure it'll fits? Are you sure about this tension?
Instead of listening I kept on knitting and two days after ignoring poor but consistent vioces I got this:

You might think it looks OK! Yes, it looks OK, but when I tried to put it on nephew had he sounded something like: Are trying to make permanent mark on my forehaed, aunt?!
Yep I tightened brim like hell!
So, I cut the brim literally, pick up stitches and knited it downward with constrast coloure, when suddenly I decided to make brim a top of the hat (voices told me!)
To cut the craps here is the final verstion:

Looking good! Thank you voices! You rock!
Also, I forgot to put pompom on the top (special order from nephew).
Now something to brag about A week ago I saw the most gorgeous broches on my virtual craft buddy Diana's page and the moment my eyes stumbped upon I knew I wanted turquoise one.
And I bought it!
Came two days after I order! And Diana was so kind to gave me an earrigns for free (Hedera is new owner of erarings):

Now all I have to do is to buy me velvet coat in some crazy coloure wish me luck!
And talking about only person it this home who was total clue about fashion Hedera my pre-puberty girl wanted hat in three shades of lilly!
Usualy finding shades of one coloure here is mission impossible but thanks to my new favourite YS Lada, and Slovenian yarn Jelka now it's mission possible!
Took me only one day and Hedera is in love with it:

Now I have to knit her matching scarf!

Nothing like techology helps you!!!!!
Look at this pic and tell me what you see:

Yes, my mirror is dirty, but that is not what I had in mind.
So?
No, I didn't think on the fact I need a hair cut
or at least a comb!
All right I'll tell you I have new washmachine it is there, working just behind Lola's buttocks! And my new machine rocks!!!!!!!
We also bought a drier to go along with washer and now I am born again!!!!! Almost nothing to iron!!!!!!
But the biggest news is that I don't have to go in basement anymore to wash my clothes! It is all close to my hands now!
So now I have more time to knit! And though Lola doesn't sleep all day like she used to, thought she started eating solind food (with accent on mashed vegetables):

I can steal cca two hours during daylight cause my baby can sit firmly and play with rubber toys while I knit beside her!
But most of my knittings are happening during looong nights. Few days ago I have finally finished legwarmers with scandinavian star:

Just today client came and payed!!!!!!
Looks like Garter Stitch are new Maple Seed hats among my clients so I knitted another one so far the smallest for little baby girl (Franciska's doll is modeling) with rolling brim:

And since I've been good girl these days I pampered myself with something colourefull yarn ofcourse!

I have finally took pic of yarn Paula has sent me:

So far I am certain to knit me anklet socks from chocholate one, and not so ceratin about knitting me a fancy scarf lacey one with green alpaca. Well, at least I wanna scarf out of that yarn.
Also, almost 10 days ago I completed one legwarmer:

But postponed second one due to some orders. And talking about garter st hats/scarves orders they landed safely and fit like glove! My heart is singing, happy blogging people!
If anyone is interested in scheme I used for lefwarmer here is the link!
Talking about garter sts yesterday came order for new hat, but somewhere between orders I managed to whip up hat for Franciska (but in photo Hedera is modeling):

She (F) is so thrilled with three layers flower! Me also! Hop, hop, hop!
And talking about crocheting flowers look what I've bought:

On the cover couple of flowers for Franciska.
Since I am huuuuuge fan of poppies first thing I crocheted was POPPY (what else):

Hedera remarked that this flower had nothing to do with poppy, but like her opinion counts in my case!
And just last night (in stead of ironing) I was dealing with Columbine flower and that cutey took me quite a time since I had some personal issues with pattern instructions but at the end I am soooo content, that I am gonna give it to my swap partner since the theme of swap are flowers!

In need of strong coffee!
I neglected this blog purposely 'cause I got first orders via Facebook looks like selfpromotion was good idea!
And I started knitting orders as soon as I finished first legwarmers but didn't take pic of it. Since we FINALLY have printer and scanner AGAIN I will scan scheme and share it with you (as soon as hubby explains the process)!
Also, once I again I didn't shot the yarn Paula has sent me (head down), but I whipped up little quilt rectangle from fabric leftovers from her:

This beauty will be turned into boxy pouch and I will try to sell it- if not: will keep it for myself!
Among many thing happened within last 11 days let's say there were lots of homeworks involved:

And Lola started eating solid foof which led to little constipation and her refuses to take a nap over the day that led to my late-stay-awake-to-complete-orders and sleep deprivation
but I am very content with my knitwork two garter stitch hats with flowers:

Matching scarves with flowers:

(showing only one since second one is in making)
And lots of extra flowers:

Since I got new orders I can't be sure if I'll be posting soon, but hoping so.
I neeed a cup of strong
no extra strong coffee!

I have finally dared myself to open Facebook account and promote my handicrafts. Wish me luck.
Though I was resisting FB for a year thanks to my sis, I also opened account under Sandra Molnar (my maiden surname) to reconnect with friends from Montenegro. Can't decribe my happiness.
Now
for the last two months hubby was brainwashing me to re-do an old car-seat cover:

Sometimes I am postponing thins as long as I can, but since Lola starts to sit pretty firmly:

No room for raoming left and I had to start re-doing:

Tailoring and machine sewing took minimum of my time
but those strap holes had to be hand sewn
and that was total hassle to me, but at the end result is satisfying:

Also, must notify Olivia Newton John we have little herself in making:

Little Olivia found the way today to entertain Lola so I could knit:

(Never too early for Barbie's movie)
And on my needles right now - an order for child's size legwarmers:

Kids!!!!!!!(with angry tone)
On Monday Franciska didn't return from school. Hedera and I were waiting for her.
As minutes were passing by (we are like 8 minutes from school afoot) my anxiety was increasing.
At certain point I put Lola and Hedera in the car and started looking for her around village. Went to school to her teacher. Went to grocery shop.
After 15 minutes we went home and Franciska was there at out doorstep!
Like nothing happened!
I lost 5 years of my life!
I wanted to slam her down and beat the hell out of her!
But I was so happy seeing her standing there. And I couldn't move! All I felt at the end was huge headache.
Franciska is hard to understand. She has to be expirienced only then you can come to some conclusion. She has some sort of attention deficiency, also is pretty hyperactive, she can make me so angry I can't recognize myself
but at the same time she is probably the sweetest and most inocent child I've ever met!
She also loves everything I knit for her and she wears it proudly. And my latest knitwear for her was bulky scarf from soft acrylic yarn I got from Diana:

I think I've never knitted bulky item before!

And this scarf reminds me of tire tracks:

Also one pic I forgot po put in one of previous posts Franciska fell asleep among Lola's clothes (now Lola has her own wardrobe and bed is easier to approach to)

The same day Franciska gave me headache I received a package from Paula. We arranged little swap 2 years ago, but my parcele was little late.
In this post only few things from the package since I have sick Hedera in the house, Lola with running nose and hubby who is never present! (call me single Mom).
Cotton fabric leftover (I already have great idea of its use):

Two crocheting/knitting magazines (watch out cute blanket and vest):

And one (of two) onesie:

Yes, Lola is giant baby! Just ask my back!
P.S. I also received great yarn from Paula (pic sin next post), one leather coin purse and girls stickers!
We love you Paula!!!!!!!

If I have to pic kup one word only to describe Saturday meeting of Stvaraonica's members (and their crafty friends) it would be delightful, amazing, full cool, stunning, groovy, boozey,
What? That's more than a word?
Ofcourse it was more than a word since I had total blast and I need a dictionary to draw everything on my mind! And my mind (and heart) is totaly full of impression!
As you know I took Franciska with me, but also took Lidija (crafty pal with no blog of her own) and her son Borna. All four of us sattles down our bums on the bus:

100 minutes later we were in our Capital:

Since we got there pretty early we had to wait in the cold (that's why my nose is running) but once we entered the clus we stood impressed! What a clean, renovated, white space!!!!!
And all that thanks to Dea (don't know why, but many of us thought she was blond):

We had lots of chat:
(the real blond next to Dea, in blue sweater is Jana - owner of Stvaraonica)
Lots of crafting and idea exchanging:

Lidija tried to learn Franciska crocheting:

Kids were great:

We also had winner in unexistied Mom and daughter wearing hats category -Huana and her little wiggly cutey:

But everything good comes to its end so did meeting!
Lidija and Borna slept on the bus:

But Franciska and I were way to excited for any kind of sleep:

Few of you asked where did I find time for all that crafting. Well, one thing is most certain about me:
less time I have = more productive I am
Basically, those three girlies made me use every single moment of the day I have I use even a minute if I can. That's why I have few projects around my home so I could easily pick them when the air is clear"!
That's my routine these days.
And talking about projects, just this afternoon I completed a hat for a client. Simple stocking hat. Boring hat! But quick and easy to knit.

Hedera was posing (right after she told me one dude from her class had a crush in her you should see how shy she was telling me all that)

Since sometimes is hard to force, I mean make my kids to pose for blog purposes I used Hedera's situation and told her to hold the yarn I got from Diana:

Thank you honey Franciska will have a scarf from this! On big needles! Ultra speed knitting, I guess!
I, myself, am very excited at this moment. Why? Tomorrow I will attend craft meeting in Zagred!!!!!!! Dearest Jana and Dea are organazing it! Jana is owner of Stvaraonica, where we crafty freaks meet virtualy, and tomorrow we are gonna be as close as we can.
(happy dance)
Franciska is going along with me (since she is my most neglected girlie), plus my crafty pal Lidija and her son (possible son-in-law one day).
I will bring some booze and my lacey stole!
Before I go into the bathroom to dye my hair here is a quick look at Squeaky B progress:

I love my Squeaky! He rules!

And, dah, Lola approved my love to him!

I have many pics to share with you but since I need a nap I will be very short with my words.
Though took me a week to complete items for Marija here they are:

(Three crocheted coaters, two leather applications and one felt mobime phone holder)
Coasters are from Ravelry's Hestiasfire, felt from totaly addictive Wee Folk Art!
Since my hubby has serious issue with moths ('cause only his clothes are attacked by thoe bustards) every now and then I have to patch some of his wardrobe. The latest was vest I crocheted a lief and handsewed in over the hole!

Then I sewed oversized bag from my BIL's old trousers for his daughter:

And then came time for me! First I bought some gorgeous extra cheap cotton fabrics:

Crocheted me coasters:

A bawl:

And Re-did my tee:

(I crocheted this flower, them dyed flower surface with fabric dyer and tranfered in (twice) onto my tee! Love it!)
That's it must go!

Sue commented previous post starting with: Wow Sandra your living room looks so spacious. How do you keep from having clutter everywhere in there.
One word CLOSET!

Can't tell you what spacesaver this baby is we adore it!
Now, Lola turned 5 months yesterday:

Also, when she is on her back she always has her legs up:

And occasionally her Mom prowls in pic pardon her (Mom) she is totally enjoy her little bundle of joy.

Now, I am promising that there will be no Lola pics in next post (but can't guarantee for the one after next 'cause I will be knitting her winter hat)
Some of you might remember that this summer I got delightful parcelle from Jody and there was her own Alpaca handspun to be honest I was strugling with myself for weeks trying to decide what to whip up I mean, that alpaca won a prize in 2008!
Ok,to cut the lamentation I casted on on Sunday and finished it on Monday Super Simple Fingerless Mitts:

Though I started them when outside were 28°C the day after (when I finished them) temperature dropped and stopped on 8°C and I am telling you my hand are happy as a bug in the rug!
P.S. I still have some of the spun I wanna crochet something from it must think of what!
